Is G-Med gated?Yes, G-Med is a gated global platform for physicians only.

Is G-Med just for physicians?Yes, G-Med is a physician only platform. How do we verify? See further question below.

Are physicians on G-Med verified?G-Med is a gated online platform for authenticated physicians only. All G-Med's users are verified and authenticated physicians through a 3 step verification and authentication process. Step 1: G-Meds verification team makes initial validation of the provided registration information and ask for more clarifications if needed. Step 2: The registration information is checked using IQVIA S special authentication service OneKey Web Authentication (OWA). Step 3: The physician is requested to send a photo of his/ her medical license. The physician will be granted with access to G-Med only after successfully completing the 3 steps.

Are nurses and pharmacists on G-Med as well?G-Med is a gated global platform for physicians only, therefore we do not have nurses or pharmacists on our platform (or any other HCP’s who are not verified physicians).

What are type of content are the physicians on G-Med looking for?Peer-to-peer discussions on medical dilemmas, medical news, highlights from medical conferences, participation in medical education activities, networking.

Do you support expandable ads?We do not support expandable ads.

What banner ad formats are accepted?We accept 3rd party tags, HTML5 or backup images.

Where will my ads be placed/Can I book a single placement?The Display Ads Package for Best Performance includes an assorted variety of Ads (Banner Ads/ “In Feed” Native Ads /Textual Ads) on a wide mixture of placements including Native/Premium, Standard, In-Feed, on Posts, Side columns (side columns is desktop only).

Does the banner have to be in English?We accept banners in all languages.

Can I put video in banners?For video ads, please see our Hosted Content tactic (1st party served).

Will I see how the banner looks before going live?Yes, once you send your G-Med Account Manager the banner assets, they will send you a staging link for approval.

What is the lead time for banners?We need to have the approved assets 72 hours before the launch of the banner ad campaign.

May I have different banners per country?Yes, please contact a G-Med account manager for further details for your specific needs.

What format do you need the emailer in?You will email your G-Med account manager a single ZIP folder that includes a single HTML file and a single images folder. Do not include additional folders, subfolders, or files, as our internal emailer system won’t be able to upload your assets.

Are resends included?They are priced separately. But keep checking your APR portal, because we sometimes offer discounts in regards to this.

Do I have 100% Share of Voice in Emailers?Yes, these are dedicated emailers, so you will indeed have 100% SOV.

What is the lead time for emailers?We recommend emailers be fully approved 1 week before the launch of your emailer campaign.

Can I do AB testing?We allow to run A/B testing for our Bespoke HTML Emails tactic at no extra costs, but please notice, the A/B testing can only be done for the subject line. Any change inside the emailer itself will lead to separate pricing. So it is one emailer (HTML) and two different subject lines.

What formats do I need to send the Hosted Content in?You will receive a Word template document that needs to be filled out. Please return the filled-out Word document to your G-Med Account Manager, along with any assets such as image(s) and/or video, hyperlinks etc. you wish to include within your Hosted Content per our spec.

Will I be able to view the Hosted Content before going live?Yes, before going live, you will receive a shareable staging link for approval that shows how the content will be viewed on the G-Med platform.

Is Hosted Content a branded or unbranded tactic?Either! The post may be branded or unbranded. It is totally up to you. Please note that for all unbranded posts, the post will still include the word “sponsored,” situated on the top left corner of the post.

Can I order additional impressions on top of the included 30,000 impressions /month?Yes, if for example you want a total of 40k or 50k impressions on your post, please be in touch with your G-Med Account Manager about discounted CPM pricing.

Can I put an adverse event reporting (AER) statement on the Hosted Content?Yes.

Can I include multiple hyperlinks on my Hosted Content?Yes.

Can I disable commenting on the Hosted Content post?Yes, commenting on your post can be enabled or disabled with the click of a button. Please let us know which option you prefer when filling out the Hosted Content template document (bottom of page #2 on the Word template doc).

Will the number of countries my Hosted Content is in affect pricing in any way?No. Your post includes up to 30,000 impressions per month, so targeting a few or many countries does not affect the price, since the Hosted Content package is priced at a flat charge.

Do you guarantee a minimum of views per each Hosted Content post?When you receive a quote from your G-Med Account Manager, they will include a guaranteed minimum views amount of your post.

What are the uses of Hosted Content?Medical education, Brand awareness, Traffic driving, Lead generation and more. It is completely up to you. For example: study results, Recorded, Medical publication, case report, KOL post, Industry post, Webinar & event invitation.

How does polling work on Hosted Content?If you order a poll add-on, we will include a single polling question on the bottom of your Hosted Content post. The poll is one single question, followed by two-five optional answers and physicians have the option to choose one. Post campaign, you will receive poll results as part of the end report for the campaign according to the parameters stated in our reporting parameters for this tactic.

What is the Conference Mini-Community?The Conference Mini Community is an interactive conference resource center that allows physicians to virtually Connect, Learn and Participate in peer-to-peer discussions around specific conference content: Daily Updates, Videos, Case Reports, Conference Highlights, Articles, Quizzes and more. This space gets high-traffic around the conference and can be leveraged to various advertising tactics and traffic-drivers.

When does the Conference Mini-Community run?The conference mini-community will be launched 7-10 days before the congress starts and will run for a total of 45 days.

Will I be able to target my assets according to my needs as part of this offering?The Conference Mini-Community is a global effort (open globally), but we will target your promotion assets/tactics only to the target audience, per your preference.
